TNP is a worker cooperative in Vancouver offering workshops for young people. We are run democratically, coming to decisions through a consensus-based model. We have a focus on sustainable social and environmental practices, and are committed to using methodology that is inclusive and respectful. Our workshops are diverse, but in particular we focus on leadership, communication, self-awareness, inclusion, co-operation, and co-operative education.
We are young people with backgrounds in youth leadership. We are all youth ourselves! We believe strongly in peer education and that the most powerful messages to youth come from youth. We know first-hand that youth can do incredible things. Our belief is that it doesn't hurt to have a few tools in your back pocket. We are in the tool business.
